- Senior Engineer of ME Equipment (Vietnam)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide operational guidance for SMT process equipment, including automatic plug-in machines, etc;
2. Train technical staff to perform daily machine operation and maintenance;
3. Develop and implement daily, monthly, and annual maintenance plans, and reserve spare parts according to production needs;
4. Optimize programming and line balance, efficient operation, lean production;
5. According to the planning arrangement, lead the SMT team (engineering, manufacturing, quality) to complete Q, C, D, and S deliveries;
Job requirements:
1. Proficient in SMT process equipment and proficient in Panasonic or Yamaha surface mount machines;
2. I have a deep understanding of automatic plugin programming and maintenance;
3. Have a certain understanding of MES system, quality management, efficiency, and lean production;
4. Good English communication skills and strong drive for progress.

- Customer Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the factory manager and the BU of the Chinese headquarters in coordinating with customers;
2. Assist in the early development of target customers and daily maintenance of existing customers;
3. Responsible for daily order management, inbound and outbound management, and regular reconciliation of accounts and goods for cooperative clients;
4. Responsible for developing new products for cooperative clients, assigning production tasks, and tracking pre-sales and after-sales customer service;
5. Assist in following up on the execution of the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans for products, ensuring timely achievement and effectiveness evaluation of sales tasks at each stage, and timely receipt of sales revenue;
6. Customer daily relationship maintenance and project management, customer follow-up visits;
7. Assist the general manager of the factory in handling other work tasks assigned;
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, can be used as a working language, or proficiency in Vietnamese is preferred;
2. At least 2 years of experience in foreign trade business and overseas customer follow-up work, preferably with a background in customer service or project management for foreign companies in the EMS industry;
3. Clear logical thinking and good communication and expression skills;
4. Proactive, responsible, and have a good sense of teamwork.
